Juan isn’t new to Voxel Dental.
He joined our team three years ago as our Digital and Robotics Engineer, where he worked behind the scenes integrating some of the most advanced digital technologies in modern dentistry. Now, he’s stepping into a client-facing leadership role—bringing that same depth of technical knowledge directly to Texas practices.
With over 15 years of experience in dental technology, Juan has become a trusted authority in digital integration for both practices and laboratories.
His background in robotics engineering, industrial electronics, and networking gives him a rare advantage: he doesn’t just understand individual devices—he understands how they communicate, integrate, and perform together inside a real-world practice.
Juan has helped build out and launch over 100 new dental offices and laboratories across the United States, supporting clinicians with tailored, tech-forward systems designed for efficiency and long-term scalability.
